Refund policy

1. Nature of Our Products

All Hifny Tifny products are perishable dairy items made fresh and delivered in frozen condition. Because of this, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived melted or damaged
  • Your order was incomplete
  • There is a quality issue verified by our team

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 30 minutes of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video proof

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product was consumed or partially used
  • Incorrect delivery details were provided by the customer
  • The customer was unavailable at delivery
  • Delay caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
  • Taste preference (e.g. “didn’t like flavor”)

4. Replacement Policy

In valid cases, we may offer:

  • Free replacement of the product, OR
  • Store credit, OR
  • Partial or full refund (case dependent)

Our goal is simple: if we made a mistake, we fix it.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before preparation begins
  • Once the order is dispatched or prepared, it cannot be cancelled

6. Delivery Responsibility

We ensure your icecream is:

  • Packed properly
  • Delivered frozen
  • Handled with care

Once the order is received, storage responsibility shifts to the customer (freezer storage recommended immediately).
